Sales Partner (Commission-Based)

You have to be genuinely into fitness. You do not need to be a CrossFitter, but you should train regularly and enjoy being in a gym environment. You will be introducing people to something you use and believe in yourself, and that only works if it is real. Beyond that, this role suits confident, self-motivated people who enjoy meeting new people.

CrossFit Angkor is looking for a Membership Sales Partner to grow our community through direct, in-person outreach around Siem Reap. It is a commission-based role, running as a short-term agreement to start, renewable by mutual agreement, and reporting to CrossFit Angkor management. You work mostly outside the gym, meeting people, building relationships, and inviting the right prospects to try a class. You set your own schedule and work independently.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Approach potential members in person and introduce them to CrossFit Angkor
• Build relationships with expat and local communities in Siem Reap
• Visit local businesses, hotels, and companies, and attend networking and social events
• Explain our services and membership options clearly and professionally
• Invite qualified prospects to a Trial Class and coordinate their attendance
• Follow up after the Trial Class and help them choose a membership
• Make sure every member you refer is recorded so your commission is tracked

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A genuine interest in fitness. You train regularly and enjoy the gym environment (you do not need to be a CrossFitter)
• Confident and comfortable starting conversations with strangers, face to face
• Friendly, professional, and genuinely likeable
• Self-motivated and consistent, especially with follow-up
• Results-oriented and happy to work independently
• An existing network in Siem Reap, expat or local, is a strong advantage
• Comfortable speaking English; Khmer is a plus
