CFA Training Programs

Bootcamp

Coached fitness without the complexity.

Bootcamp is our entry program: structured, accessible, and built around the fundamental movements that make every other kind of training more effective. A strong start for anyone returning to fitness or stepping into it for the first time.

Why start here.

Bootcamp gives you structure, coaching, and momentum without throwing you into complexity you are not ready for. Each session is built around movements you can learn quickly — and then get better at over time.

You will build real strength and conditioning. The pace is manageable. The coaching is consistent. And by the time you feel ready to move into CrossFit or Hybrid, you will already be someone who trains.

Who it is for.

  • People taking their first step into fitness or returning after a long break.
  • Members who want real coaching without the technical overwhelm of Olympic lifting or gymnastics.
  • Anyone who finds CrossFit intimidating and wants a more accessible way in.
  • Travelers and expats looking for a consistent, welcoming place to train while in Siem Reap.

What a session looks like.

You arrive, warm up with the group, and your coach walks you through the session goal. The workout is built around two or three fundamental movements — squats, presses, carries, rows, runs, basic gymnastics — practiced with good technique and appropriate load.

There is no barbell cycling or complex skill work. The focus is on moving well, building capacity, and leaving each session with a small win.

How long should you stay?

There is no fixed timeline. Some members train in Bootcamp for a few months before moving to CrossFit. Others stay because the format fits their life and they keep making progress. Both are completely valid.

When you feel ready to try CrossFit, your coach will tell you. There is no pressure to graduate, and there is no ceiling on what you can achieve in this program.

How it fits CFA.

Bootcamp is not a consolation program. It is the beginning of the same training culture that runs through everything we do: quality movement, consistent coaching, and fitness built for the long run.

The standards here are the same as anywhere else in the gym. We take your training seriously from session one.

Start simple. Build strong.

The point is not to rush. The point is to build the foundation that helps you keep going.
