CrossFit Angkor
Train for the next forty years, not just the next session.
Training philosophy
Functional fitness, broad capacity, and the base we believe supports a long, capable life.
Engine-building, HYROX race skills, and the controlled discomfort that sharpens your fitness.
Individual coaching for your goals, your current level, and the specific work that moves you forward.
More strength, more confidence, better health, and a community that helps you keep going.
One ecosystem, one coaching team, and a clear path for every level: from your first step back into fitness to race-specific preparation and individual coaching.
Why it works
People do not only need workouts. They need coaching, standards, variety, and a room that makes consistency feel possible. This short film captures the bigger idea behind the training culture we are building at CFA.

Choose your path
Constantly varied functional fitness programming for all levels of fitness. This is our roots and what we believe should be the fitness base for longevity.
Running, strength, carries, sleds, and race-specific conditioning for HYROX, Spartan, OCR, and other events that demand both engine and grit.
Coached fitness without the complexity. Bootcamp builds strength, conditioning, and movement confidence in a structured, accessible format — a strong foundation for anyone starting or returning to training.
Personal Training is paid one-to-one coaching built around your goals, current fitness level, and the specific work you need most.
Choose the path that fits your current season: first steps back into fitness, CrossFit as your base, race-specific Hybrid training, or individual coaching.
Weekly community workout
In true Angkor style, we face the 90-minute challenge together. Every Saturday, members from every program show up for one shared workout — hard work, good company, and the kind of effort that is easier when you are not doing it alone. Included with Full Access and Bootcamp memberships.
Beginners welcome
You do not need to be fit before you start. Your first class is not a test. It is a coached introduction to how we train.
What to bring: water, comfortable training clothes, and shoes you can move in.
Come a little before class so we can welcome you, show you the space, and learn anything important about your training background.
Your coach explains the session, the goal of the workout, and how the movements can be adjusted for you.
The class starts with a structured warm-up that prepares your body for the work ahead.
We teach the technique before intensity. You practice, ask questions, and get coached.
The workout is adjusted to your current level so it is challenging, safe, and useful.
You work hard with people around you, finish the session, and leave as someone who trains — not someone thinking about starting.
