Personal Training

One coach, one athlete, one clear plan.

Personal Training gives you 60 minutes of focused, individual coaching built entirely around your goals, your current level, and the specific work that moves you forward fastest.

What we can work on.

Every session is built around where you are and where you want to go. You might spend time on technique — a lift that is not clicking, a movement pattern that needs attention, or a skill you have been avoiding. You might build a more structured plan for race preparation, strength goals, or returning after time away.

Your coach decides what the session needs based on what you tell them and what they observe. No guessing on your side.

Who it is for.

  • Beginners who want individual coaching before joining group classes.
  • Athletes preparing for a specific race, competition, or strength goal.
  • Members returning from injury or dealing with a physical limitation that needs careful attention.
  • Anyone who wants to progress faster than group training alone allows.

What a session looks like.

You arrive, your coach checks in on how your body feels and what you have been working on, and then the session runs for 60 minutes with full coaching attention from start to finish. No shared attention with a group — every cue, every correction, every decision is about you.

Sessions can be done as a pair. If you and another person share a goal and want to train together, the two-person rate makes PT significantly more affordable per person.

When PT works best.

PT accelerates progress when you have a specific gap: something you cannot get right in a group setting, a goal that needs a more structured approach, or a need to build confidence before joining classes.

It also works well as a supplement. One or two sessions a week alongside CrossFit or Hybrid gives your group training a more precise direction and closes gaps faster than classes alone.

How it fits CFA.

Personal Training at CFA is not isolated from the rest of the gym. Your PT coach understands the group programming and can help you connect your individual work back to what you are doing in class.

The goal is always the same: a stronger, more capable version of you — whether that is for competition, daily life, or everything in between.

Build the path around you.

Your coach helps you decide what to train, how often, and how to progress. You bring the goal — we build the plan.
