What hybrid training is.
A hybrid race asks you to do more than run. You might run, then push a sled. Run again, then carry weight. Run again, then climb, crawl, lunge, row, ski, throw, pull, or finish a high-rep station under fatigue.
That is why Hybrid at CFA trains both sides: the aerobic engine that keeps you moving and the strength endurance that lets you complete the stations or conquer the obstacles.
The sessions are hard, but they are purposeful. We train pacing, transitions, compromised running, breathing under fatigue, movement efficiency, and the confidence to keep working when the race starts to bite.
