What CrossFit means at CFA.
Each class combines functional movements, strength work, conditioning, skill practice, and a workout of the day. Some days are heavy. Some days are fast. Some days ask you to slow down and learn.
The variety keeps training fresh, but it is not random. Our coaching keeps the focus on mechanics first, consistency second, and intensity only when it serves the athlete in front of us.
You do not need to understand CrossFit before you arrive. Your coach explains the goal of the session, teaches the movements, and adjusts the workout so it meets your current level.
