CrossFit is our foundation because it builds broad capacity: strength, stamina, coordination, balance, speed, power, and the confidence to use your body outside the gym.

What CrossFit means at CFA.

Each class combines functional movements, strength work, conditioning, skill practice, and a workout of the day. Some days are heavy. Some days are fast. Some days ask you to slow down and learn.

The variety keeps training fresh, but it is not random. Our coaching keeps the focus on mechanics first, consistency second, and intensity only when it serves the athlete in front of us.

You do not need to understand CrossFit before you arrive. Your coach explains the goal of the session, teaches the movements, and adjusts the workout so it meets your current level.

If you are new.

CrossFit at CFA is for every level — including people who have never lifted a barbell or stepped inside a gym. Your first goal is to learn how to move, understand the workout structure, and leave feeling like you belong here. Because you do.

Loads, reps, ranges of motion, and movement choices can all be scaled. Two people can do the same class with completely different versions of the workout and both get exactly what they need.

What you will build.

  • Strength for lifting, carrying, squatting, pressing, and pulling.
  • Conditioning for longer efforts and harder workouts.
  • Skill and coordination through gymnastics and technical practice.
  • Confidence from doing difficult things with good coaching and good people.
